At Rudeboys Studios, we’re committed to a fast, reliable delivery experience. We partner with Bosta to ship orders across Egypt with real-time tracking.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  

• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Fees

• Shipping fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on your address.

• In rare cases, a surcharge may apply for locations outside Bosta’s primary delivery zones. You’ll be notified if this applies.

Order Processing

• We aim to process and hand over orders to Bosta quickly to keep delivery within the 3–5 business day window.

• You’ll receive an SMS with tracking details once Bosta picks up your order.

Tracking Your Order

• Track anytime using the Bosta tracking link/number sent via SMS (and/or your confirmation email).

• Need help? Reach out to us directly and we’ll assist.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver to all areas in Egypt.

• For international shipping, please contact us first to confirm availability and rates.

Missed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Bosta will contact you to reschedule.

• Please ensure your phone number is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we target 3–5 business days, unforeseen issues (traffic, weather, holidays, operational delays) may occasionally impact timelines.

• If that happens, we’ll keep you informed.

Important Notes

• Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address can’t be changed.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
